Jacquie Azizi has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.
The combination of Jacquie’s passion and extensive knowledge makes her one of Sydney’s leading trainers to guide you to a healthier lifestyle.
Jacquie initially entered the health industry through her medical science degree and later began her training with the Australian Institute of Fitness. Jacquie has continued to expand her knowledge as she is a qualified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Pilates instructor, Special Population therapist and Meno fitness trainer (menopause).
Jacquie's a keen advocate for Exercise and Cancer, a member of ESSA and Certifications from the Edith Cowan University.
Jacquie's recognised as one of the top fitness professionals in Sydney, working with cancer. I’ve been helping my clients safely and effectively achieve a wide range of goals irrespective of what and where you are with your disease, recently appeared on Catalyst discussing the benefits of exercise for cancer patients.
Jacquie's successes with clients have included walking the Six Foot Track, City to surf , Biggest loser campaign, Fred Hollow's coastal 50km walk, Tough Mudder, Spring cycle, Bundeena to Otford.
