Monday 8:30 am 60 minute Pilates class
Tuesday 7:30 am 60 minutes Pilates class
Thursday 5.30 pm 30 minutes High-Intensity Interval class
Saturday 8.30 am 60 minutes Pilates class

How do I access Live classes?

Please download free Zoom software to your phone or computer and set up an account. The first time you join a class, give yourself a couple of extra minutes to get everything going.

Please activate your camera so your instructor can engage and support you throughout the class.

You simply register for the class through our website and then you will receive a Zoom link to the class, about 10-15 minutes before start time

What do I need for the class?
Nothing! Our workouts will be entirely equipment free. Just ensure you have a mat or on the carpet for comfort!
What if I am a beginner?
Every class welcomes all levels of fitness, including beginners. We will offer adjustments to every class.

What about my 1:1 sessions with Jacquie?
You can still book your personal training sessions directly with Jacquie and she will send you a Zoom link directly to your email.
